Iced Out – Delicious branding that always leaves you wanting more
Iced Out are a new bakery company based out of Manchester. They already have an established business within the sector, but it does not trade online or nationally. The new concept was that the business would solely trade online on a national basis and would become a one stop shop for busy people who wanted high end cakes for special occasions delivered next day.
Following market research within the industry we established that the main selling point was the national delivery as most high-end bakeries cannot achieve this. We then moved onto which era of bakery branding would suit the clientele. Due to the target market being between 25-49 we decided we needed something simplistic which would work cross the target market for age and gender. We decided on a dripping icing icon mark as shown below. We then chose a clear font. The font mark and icon mark can be used in conjunction or in isolation as shown in the images below.
