What we did for our Christmas party
Blue Whale Media have a Christmas party every year to celebrate the years achievements. This is a night filled with food, drink, dancing and laughter. For the past couple of years we have done a Bollywood themed night which is a lot of dancing and laughing. This year Blue Whale Media did a Michael Jackson tribute although it was different to previous years it was still just as enjoyable and everyone had a great time dancing, laughing, celebrating and not to mention the food was amazing!

A Christmas party promotes hard work and togetherness throughout the year, it is time to look back at the year and celebrate what the business has achieved by the team it has working together. Having a Christmas party shows that what has been achieved as an individual, team or business is respected and appreciated, it is a time to bring everyone together as one and enjoy a fun filled evening.
How having a Christmas party can help the team
Having a Christmas party will keep a team focused and give everyone sometime to look forward to at the end of the year. Keeping the team in the loop or even help plan the Christmas party will keep everyone in high spirits and involved. As the Christmas party draws closer the mood in the office will change everyone will be looking forward to the party and will be in high spirits. This can even push staff members to complete any outstanding work as they won’t want to come back to it and it also means the time until the company shuts down for the Christmas period is fast approaching.
Moral after a Christmas party
Once the Christmas party is done this now means the Christmas shut down is fast approaching. Everyone will be in good spirits and maybe still talking and laughing about the events from the party. Staff will be pushing themselves harder now to get work completed so once the company is shut there is nothing to worry about and come the new year fresh work can be started ready for the year ahead.
