Jamie has been a full-time member of the Blue Whale team for over two years and has evolved into our SEO and PPC executive. Originally coming as part of a work experience programme, he impressed us so much that we decided to make him a permanent part of the team after graduating from Warrington Collegiate. Specialising in Search Engine Marketing, Jamie spends most of his time analysing statistics, optimising websites and seeing how search presence can be improved. Having completed his Digital Marketing Level 3 apprenticeship with Blue Whale Media, Jamie spends his free time enjoying football and avidly supporting Liverpool FC.

What I Do
On-page SEO
Jamie has my important responsibilities here at Blue Whale Media some of which include: writing optimised titles, meta descriptions, img alt tags and speed optimisations. This will overall improve the performance of the websites.
Link building –
This responsibility includes tasks such as competitor research, outreach, content procurement and anchor text for building backlinks
Blogging
Blogging is one of Jamie’s responsibilities which typically includes content procurement & optimisation, publishing/scheduling, internal linking, keyword research
PPC management
Jamie does a lot of PPC work for us and for our clients, this work includes keyword & competitor research, campaign creation, ad creation & writing, and campaign optimisation. This is a great way to attract a wider audience toy our website.
