We required an agency to build us a new e-commerce website. We understood our requirements where very bespoke as we some high end requirements such as trade sign in areas, multi currency purchase options and we also needed real time currency currency conversion.We arranged technical meeting with 3 agencies but we felt Blue Whale and Gary understood our requirements the best. Gary come across very professional and knowledgable and we could tell he had a wealth of experience.As it turns out the whole team a blue whale where very good and communication was excellent.We fully understood that this build would take 4 months due to the builds complex nature and the time it would take to get content over to Blue Whale.The website, graphics and videos produced can not be faulted.Very good experience, we would highly recommend speaking with Gary at Blue Whale.

We talked to a few different suppliers but Gary and this team where very credible and understood our brief and timescales.The whole process took about 6 weeks which was actually what we agreed.We had to supply all the content as we did not want to pay for this service. I needed a new website for my growing business. I had a set list of requirements such as wanting a booking system on the website. We where open to new ideas regarding our websites design.We had meetings with 3 different providers and Gary @ Blue Whale Media was by far the most interesting media based business consultant we had the pleasure to meet.Our project was not a simple one and we had 4 different partners to get on the same page.However after meeting Gary and then the 2nd meeting with the creative team we decided to move forward with Blue Whale.The design process was well planned out. We worked with the on boarding team to collect all our website information such as content and images etc.Then we received photo shop designs for each page. We wanted this rather than the basic package that was also offered. It was more expensive but at least we where given the option.We worked through each page and made alterations as we went along. This did take some time, however it made the building of the website easier and quicker.The support offered during the project was great. The design team offered varies different ideas and solutions and together I believe we now have a website thats engaging and will attract us more customers.Very happy overall

Having worked in the car industry for 30 years I have bought many a website. Some have work most have failed. Sometimes I have not picked the right company and sometimes I have just picked the wrong company.I can safely say I picked the RIGHT company when working with Blue Whale Media.All the staff not just the designers where really helpful. The ladies who helped me get all my information and images together where superstars. I don't think I would have supplied half the information if I was not pushed along.The build did take a little longer than we wall thought. However this was mainly down to me not having all my card specs that where needed. Then the designers had to make some fairly major changes as I changed logo design and colours half way through. Even through this probably coursed alot additional work the guys at blue whale explained what extra time wise was involved and we cracked on.The site looks really good and I could not be happier.I will be getting a website designed for my other business by the lads and girls at blue whale. Required a brand new website for my 2nd business.I went and had a meeting with Gary and the team, which was very helpful. My project was by no means a simple one. I had lots of fairly technical requirements. However after meeting and discussing things in detail I felt really confident in Blue Whale building me the site I wanted.The build took a while but they did explain this could happen if the more technical aspects of the website proved more complex. Like anything there will always be bumps in the round.The designs and communication was very good ( even if I was out the country a lot).Really happy with the new website and I would highly recommend Blue Whale to others who have a more complex web project.

Really impressed with how my new website looks.I needed a quick solution to our outdated website which did not show how are company had grown over the last 10 years.1 phone call and 2 hours later ( Sorry Gary for going on so long) I was signed up and happy knowing my new website would be up and running in 12 weeks. Required some online marketing help as we wanted to climb the rankings in the search engines.Very clever team. Explained how the search engines works. Could not believe what you have to do to get the search engines to take notice.The results speak for themselves. We can see an upward curve in traffic and an improvement in enquiries. We can see our improvements by logging into our portal each month.We find the monthly meeting we have really helpful. Don't get me wrong we are paying for this type of service so if you think paying £200 or £300 a month will cover a monthly meeting at the Blue Whale Offices it won't. However we wanted this type of service and understood we would need to pay for it.Overall the service and advice has been very good value.

We at first only needed a new video creating to showcase our new service. However after talking to Gary and the team at Blue Whale we quickly realised we should also drag our old website from 7 years ago into the 21 century as well. Yes cost played at part in getting the website rebuilt as well. I found the cost for the website rebuild and the video production work to be very reasonable as we had been quoted huge sums for a website a few years ago by a couple of web agencies.Personally I found Blue Whale to be fair and reasonable when it come to the costs. Don't get me wrong they are not the cheapest, however we did not need to go with the cheapest company. Plus I don't always believe going with the cheapest company is the best idea. Considering our budget for both the website and video was mid range I felt the service received was very good. Communication was mostly done via email which worked great for me as I tend to be in meeting most of the day. When needed I could call and have a chat with Gary about varies aspects of the video and website design and build.I needed the video quickly and was quite surprised at how quickly things come together. I was really happy with the overall service and will get other service videos created by the guys at blue whale again in the future.The website was not as important time wise. However the design process was quite quick once I supplied my content and new images.Very Happy

We are a well established shop based in London. However we have never had a website as we have been focusing on building the business and brand.However we finally decided we wanted to explore the online market. We had a healthy budget for this website and video project.We wanted an Online Shop creating that could contain 5000 products and link into our internal Till systems. We also required Ebay and Amazon store feeds setting up.We wanted a company video creating and 5 short promo videos creating that could be used across all our social media platforms.There was a ton of other features we required as well.We put the project out to 5 Agencies across the country. We had meeting with 3 agencies in total.The reason we picked Blue Whale Media Ltd was the fact that Gary listened to what we wanted from our website. He had a vast understanding as to how we should approach the project. He explained how we should structure the website build. We even learned about putting the basics in place for Google ( nobody else mentioned Trust Flow etc). This was a major reason for picking Blue Whale as our partner. As we just felt certain our meeting we had only covered the website and video creation. We agreed to partner with Blue Whale for our project.Things progressed slowly to start with as we had to collect a-lot of images and content for the design. What we really liked during this process was that the video team worked separate to the website team building our website. This allowed us to get the product videos produced at the same time.The website team where fantastic as we loved their fresh, new ideas on design. We did not want boring and we certainly did not getting a boring design. They nailed the design.Loved the videos created. Really good experience. Happy to recommend.

I was looking for a company to help redevelopment my existing website as my business had out grown the website in its old format. I was contacted by the Blue Whale team and we had some fairly long discussions on how to get the best out of a new website. It was suggested that by rebuilding the website with a brand new design and in a newer version of Woo Commerce I could increase my conversions online. The design team helped with getting the csv to correctly download from my old website as it was coursing some issues. The Blue Whale team then spent time in getting the old csv to play ball with the new system. I was completely new to the world of media and websites - however Gary and his team lead me through every single stage and were honest with their pricing. I had a budget and an idea. I've had a website and animated video built - advice on my domain name and email address, bespoke characters drawn/animated and continued support after the build.I'll be honest with you - what I was not happy with was how long everything was taking.... but that was 'my' frustration. However in hindsight they did exactly the right thing. They did not rush anything. They checked that I was happy with the design all the way through. We even changed the whole concept a couple of times. If I had rushed Blue Whale then I wouldn't have the finished product I have today. They certainly know what they are doing.I am so happy with my promo website and animated video I can't even begin to tell you!! The young guy who has done my animation is amazing. The young lady who has designed my website is amazing. If you've had a bad experience with Blue Whale then I can only apologise you didn't share my experience. FYI my website build and animation took 5 months and was well worth it.
