We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can integrate with our team, work to tight deadlines and represent the company in a professional manner.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to jump straight into an ever-growing industry and learn the aspects that help businesses worldwide generate revenue and showcase their work. Blue Whale Media is looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail and those who use their initiative with the ability to produce work with exceptional attention to detail.
Tasks You Will Undertake
Becoming an Administrative Assistant means you need to use forward-thinking skills to resolve issues and manage set events and tasks. You must be able to adapt and multi-task with the duty at hand.

Answering customer phone calls, advising them with suitable information, and directing them through to the appropriate team.
Appointment Scheduling
Scheduling events and appointments mean that you have to be a forward planner to find solutions to ensure everything runs efficiently.
Assisting the Team
Part of your role is to work hand in hand with the directors and managers. Working closely with the team means you must display excellent professionalism and organisational skills.
