What Departments does Blue Whale Media Have?
If you have read any of my previous blogs you will know that Blue Whale Media has set departments for all your web and marketing needs. We have Motion Graphics, Graphics, Videography, Web design, Support, PPC, SEO, Content, Marketing, Social Media and Sales teams. Who Heads up the Teams at Blue Whale Media
With such a diverse team of people, we have a great setup with selected team leaders. We have Eve who is head of marketing and heads up the marketing departments which include, Content, Social, Email Marketing, PPC & SEO. Then we have Lewis who heads up all the design teams, Web Designers, Motion Graphics, Videographers, Drone Pilots and graphic designers. The management team then also includes myself and Gary who they report to and manage the running of Blue Whale Media.
The culture at Blue Whale Media
We have a culture of every opinion is an idea at Blue Whale Media and to keep the ideas coming we have a weekly meeting for the entire team where it is mandatory that an idea, quote or industry fact is presented by every member of staff. The staff then also have a one-to-one with their team leader once a week where they can go through any team issue or tasks. This allows us to keep everything running smoothly.

If you haven’t already taken a look, we have a full meet the team page where you can read blogs written by each member of staff weekly. You can also watch Q&A videos covering a range of topics from social to education. It’s a great way to find out more about the amazingly talented group of individuals who will be working on your project.
The Q&A’s
At Blue Whale Media we do a diverse range of Question & answer sessions. Every month we have a bespoke Q&A session where we answer 10 questions on a dedicated topic. These can be a fun read if you have a few minutes. We then have dedicated Q&A videos which cover a range of informative topics. You will be pleased to know we have more of these booked in for March 2019 so watch this space.
The Bloopers & Other Videos
In addition to the dedicated videos for each member of the team, we have a great range of blooper videos which are an entertaining viewing experience (please don’t judge us too much on these) We have many more videos which you can watch via our website and are always creating Vlogs to keep you up to date with the latest developments at Blue Whale Media.
