Peace & Mind – Nurturing Mental Health Through Mindfulness
Blue Whale Media is proud to present the website for Peace & Mind, an online charity dedicated to improving mental health in today’s society by promoting mindfulness. Recognising the critical need for greater awareness and support for youth mental health, the mother of Brianna Ghey, Esther, channelled her passion and determination into creating a platform that advocates for mindfulness education and mental well-being initiatives in schools nationwide. Through engaging content and community initiatives, the website serves as a platform for fostering compassion and support for mental well-being.
We embraced the symbolic beauty of cherry blossoms, a motif deeply significant to the charity’s mission. Pink, the primary colour inspired by cherry blossoms, infuses the site with warmth and positivity, fostering a sense of comfort and hope, alongside many hand-drawn elements. We aimed to convey authenticity and approachability, inviting visitors to feel at ease and welcomed as they explore resources and engage in mindfulness practices.
