What We Did.
Our team created a new website for Catalytic Support Systems, it has a colour scheme that matches the original logo; this creates cohesion and creates further brand awareness.
In terms usability and functionality, these were both high priorities within the website build, we included a Newsletter Sign up field which adds emails to the mailchimp function, enabling the customer to easily access the newsletters. We have also added a contact form on multiple pages across the website as well as a live chat function, this enables website visitors to contact Catalytic Support Systems efficiently.
For enhanced engagement, we have used a variety of animations to enhance the engagement within the website, including a spinning button and hover animations on the home page, about page and engine breather page. We have also included a hover effect on the ‘our product’ section on the homepage, which showcases the products they stock.
Biggest Change.
The new website for Catalytic Support is the perfect solution for the company to create a strong online presence. There have been many changes to the website but some of the most notable changes have been: the newsletter sign-up field. This allows the company to gather an active audience for their email newsletter campaigns. We included the contact form on multiple pages across the website. This creates a gentle reminder for the audience to interact with the contact form to submit their details. It makes it more accessible for the user as they don’t have to go to a specific location to find it. We wanted to incorporate specific elements to enhance user interactivity which is why we included the spinning animation and the hover effect on many of the buttons. By including these it doesnt just make the website look dynamic and sophisticated but it improves the functionality. By including the live chat feature-it can provide the user with a more personalised feel as any questions can be answered more quickly and efficiently. This is a great way to improve your customer relationship.
