About Us

Cloud Expert provides expert, next-generation, managed services for Cloud Technology. First established and started trading in 2019, Cloud Expert and their consultants bring various expertise and knowledge to the table from bluechip companies such as Rackspace, Microsoft and CAPITA. With our experience, we are able to help organisations define their journey to the cloud, support them along the way and keep everything running smoothly at the end.

Our People
At Cloud Expert, our team are at the heart of everything we do, from providing services to continuous IT or Cloud support; all of our people are driven by a desire to deliver our clients’ success. The reputation we have is continually growing and with that comes expansion; at Cloud Expert, we have been lucky to recruit some of the technical personnel working within the industry. Over the years, we’ve developed a unique people-first culture; our people strive to be Consistent, Transparent and Innovative; these values are embedded in everything we do.

Environmental Responsibilities
At Cloud Expert, we have put things in place to combat our carbon footprint; here are our environmental responsibilities:

● Implementing a range of Environmental strategies
● Electric car usage by Cloud Expert
● Flexible work from home policy to reduce the carbon footprint of the company
● Localised office to reduce the travel of our employees
● 50% refurbished hardware
● E-waste disposed of via computer aid international where possible

Social Responsibilities
At Cloud Expert, we are interested in the broader social issues within the United Kingdom and our local area, for example, here are some of the things we have done over the past year:

● Donate a percentage of company profits to a chosen charity each year, which helps us give back to the community.
● Current charity Trussell Trust donated £2000 last Financial year, raising money to help charitable organisations
● Twice yearly donation to the local food bank, thinking of the wider community and how fortunate we are.
● A supporter of the Apprenticeship Scheme, giving everyone a chance at a career.
● Sponsor of the Chester and Flintshire Romans #RomanReady
