What We Did.

Our web design team worked on a full redesign for Crazy Wire, placing significant focus on product organisation and categorising systems. An essential element of this site was ease of use for customers. With such a wide range of products available, it was vital that our team developed an organised and easy to use platform.

An important element of this is the professional product images that make it easier for customers to find exactly what they are looking for. Our team also developed a large navigation menu that encompasses all available products from Crazy Wire. We also integrated the Worldpay platform for customers to quickly and efficiently check out.

Biggest Change.

With the company wanting a whole new website, our team decided to focus the new design on the customer experience and making the layout easier to search through the products online. By adding certain features and restyling the product organisation, it now relates more to the customer journey from first visiting the site to purchasing an order. The easier the website is, the better the customer experience.
