With over 20 years of experience, Control Recruitment Solutions has been providing a professional and quality recruitment service to the engineering, manufacturing and technology sectors. Like most engineering and manufacturing professionals, Control Recruitment Solutions are driven by continuous improvement and efficiency.

The project for Control Recruitment included a new website and a new branded logo. For the logo, our graphics team created specific brand guidelines that are industry-specific. We also used bright orange as the focus colour to help the company establish a brand identity.

The new website has a bold and engaging design that includes branded elements to help increase Control Recruitment’s brand awareness. This is a vital step as the company needs to be able to establish itself within the industry and ensuring the brand can be recognised within a busy recruitment market.

We have included a full-screen header for the homepage in order to captivate the user when they first see the website. We have also added hover-animations for buttons, utilising a couple of animation styles to boost interaction with the user. The team custom-coded a blog section and single blog page to give a unique and engaging view when scrolling through and reading the blog.
