The website features a modern user interface that makes it easy for customers to find the services they need. There is a comprehensive list of services provided by Just Clean Property Care as well as easy access to contact information. The website also includes information about the company’s history, its mission statement and values, as well as testimonials from their customers.

A massive effort for the new website is the addition of brand new videos. Just Clean Property Care recognised the need for engaging website videos and commissioned a new unique video for each cleaning service they have.

The Benefits of Restoring Decorative Ceilings in Historic Buildings.

Situated across the UK, hundreds of wonderfully historic buildings have played a part in shaping our culture. Throughout history, buildings, such as St George’s Hall and Lyme Park, have played an important role. Most historic buildings are still standing, which means we should treasure them and share their history. However, many historic buildings have been the subject of extreme weather, abandonment, lack of money or just poor management, meaning they have fallen into disrepair.

Our team at RSTA Gooden specialise in the restoration and conservation of historic buildings, ensuring that they are repaired to a very high standard and remain prestigious. But, why is it beneficial to restore historic buildings? We have put together some benefits of restoring certain aspects, including decorative ceilings.

1. Historic Value
Historic Buildings tell us about the past; they also have an educational value as they inform us of the lives people lead in stately homes such as Speke Hall. For example, Speke Hall in Liverpool has a Jacobean ceiling. It has been called a magnificent plaster ceiling, dating from 1612 and is made of fifteen panels that are each quite different, depicting the shapes of fruit and nature.

2. Architectural Importance
The unique architecture and design used on many historic buildings across the country allow us to experience things we would have never seen before. For example, the gothic feel of a medieval castle, the grandeur of concert rooms or great halls like St George’s Hall. It is a graceful building that came with many firsts; it had the largest barrel-vaulted ceiling. The ceiling is exceptionally ornate; it also carries a breath-taking 2,824-piece chandelier.

3. Showcases Quality Construction
Many historic buildings have been built with much better-quality materials in comparison to the materials used in our builds today. Historic Buildings are dependable, sturdy and often much more robust than modern-day structures. For example, Lyme Park in Stockport is part of the National Trust; our team at RSTA Gooden faithfully restored Lime Pointing within the building to its original glory. By using quality materials, we ensured the building looked as authentic as it did when it was first built.

4. A Chance To Preserve The Past
Historical building restoration is needed to preserve the past; otherwise, there wouldn’t be any historical buildings left to showcase our history or culture. Having a historic building demolished or leaving it to fall into disrepair will mean an important part of history is lost forever. The restoration work we undertook on Cholmondeley Castle in Cheshire now means that we have been able to preserve the past. The castle was built in the early 19th century;

with age comes damage, but we repaired damaged lath and plaster ceilings, reversed mold enrichments, repaired cracks in the walls using lime plaster for authenticity.

The Wedding of Mr and Mrs Brocklesby at Hellaby Hall Hotel.

Mr and Mrs Brocklesby’s wedding took place at Hellaby Hall Hotel; Bride Jodie and Groom Liam were treated to glorious weather for their special day.

I joined Jodie, her bridesmaids and mum for bridal preparations at Hellaby Hall in the morning. This included a morning of hair and makeup, which was surrounded laughter and emotion. My second photographer joined Liam, his groomsmen and his family at home for groom preparations.

Perfect Outdoor Backdrops
The wedding venue Mr and Mrs Brocklesby chose is a beautiful hotel, located in Rotherham in South Yorkshire. Hellaby Hall Hotel offers guests an extraordinary combination of historical architecture and modern chic. It provides an abundance of outdoor space, with a gorgeous grand front entrance which was the perfect backdrop for photographs. The excellently presented gardens were ideal for group photographs and their grand steps made a beautiful spot for their confetti and romantic photographs. It is also a pleasure to be a recommended supplier of this wedding venue.

Beautiful and Memorable Ceremony
The Wedding of Mr and Mrs Brocklesby included a beautiful ceremony where Liam and Jodie were joined by their closest friends and family, with a stunning ceremony exit of bubbles. They also had a Singer during their drink’s reception following the ceremony, which created a wonderful atmosphere for their guests. This was followed by a beautiful set of speeches from the Brides Dad, the Groom, the Brides Mum and the Bestman. Their reception followed at the same venue, with a DJ and photo booth. It was an evening of laughter and dancing shared by their closest friends and family.

Thoughtful Words from the Bride and Groom
Jodie left a wonderful review of the experience she had before and during her wedding day. She said:” Melissa was amazing from start to finish; she always put me and my husband at ease when we were asking questions. Melissa was so fab on our wedding day; she organised all of the wedding party and stuck exactly to the list of pictures I wanted while also making sure we were always on schedule. She was laid back with everyone and she fit in with the wedding party and it didn’t feel like she was even there half the time. Compared to other photographers, she is a good value for money even with an extra photographer and with the extras we asked for, the price was amazing! Getting onto the pictures, Wow, I was blown away when we saw the preview just one day after the wedding. The pictures are absolutely beautiful and I burst out crying when we saw them, we now have to whittle them down for the printed album and I don’t know how we are going to choose. Thanks for being so amazing; I will be recommending you to everyone.”
